What is No Junk Food 4, 30 Days?
This Challenge is mainly to help each individual gain happiness and stay in a healthy shape. The goal is to eat less and less junk for 30 days and at the end, to consume no junk food! It's to help break the habit of eating too much junk! It's a competition between each staff member so who ever does the best will win a prize!
